Christmas Revision Course
Our Christmas revision course is a 2-hour Masterclass on Sunday, December 28th. It’s for 3rd and 6th years (HL and OL). It’s an intense course, covering the key exam topics.
Course Details
Our Christmas course is an intense, 2-hour Masterclass. Diarmuid teaches our 6th year course while Eoin will teach our 3rd year course. It’s an intense online course, fully focussed on exam questions and technique. We will also run through the likely questions on the Mock exams.
The course is €99 and that includes 6 months access to the recording after. It’s brilliant for study!

Diarmuid
Diarmuid is a Cork man. He has been teaching Maths for over 3 years with us. He also achieved 613 points in his own Leaving Cert and studied Finance in UCC. He’s clear, speaks slowly, and brings a sense of fun to his lessons.
Eoin
Eoin is from Douglas in Cork. He is in his final year in Maths and Physics in UCC. He has super energy and enthusiasm which he brings to class. He’s clear and explains topics simply. He is teaching our Leaving Cert OL classes.

Course Topics
Over the course of 2-hours, we will revise the key topics on their Mock exams. That includes:
– Algebra
– Trigonometry
– Co-Ordinate Geometry
– Sets
– Area & Volume
The key topics that are GUARANTEED to be on their Mock exams.
Over the course of 2-hours, we will revise the key topics on their LC Mock exams.
That includes:
– Algebra
– Trigonometry
– Calculus
These are the key topics on their exams. We will do some guided practice on these questions. Diarmuid will walk through the exam technique needed to achieve top marks in their exams.
The same curriculum is used in our Ordinary Level Revision Course also.

Our Masterclasses is a group class.
The student can only see the teacher. They interact only with the teacher. It’s not awkward. Students can get down to concentrating on their work. The teacher answers questions throughout the class.
Don’t worry, our tutors are well-equipped to teach children of all learning abilities and levels.
We’ve been teaching for years now and have dealt with hundreds of kids with learning difficulties. We take our time with them and make sure they get the extra attention that they need.

Our Christmas Courses runs for two hours. Plus the tutor will often stay a bit longer to answer any questions after class.
The goal of the Christmas Course is to get students ready either for the Mocks. It’s all exam focussed. At the end of the session, we will cover tips on exam technique. It’s usually one of the more complex topics, so it’s like additional focussed revision.
Yes, the Christmas Course is recorded and the links to the recordings are sent out via email. The student has access to the recording for 6 months.
