We’re running our CHristmas Revision Course again this year on Sunday 28th December.
It’s for 3rd and 6th Year students who want a simple reset before the mocks.
One clear class. A proper explanation of the tricky topics. And a recording they can use before they go back to school.
Getting Ready for the Mocks
Most mams tell me the same thing. Their child struggled a bit in the November or midterm exams, and it knocked their confidence. They stop putting their hand up in class. They avoid the topics they can’t do. They sit down to study but don’t know where to start, so nothing really gets done.
It’s not that they can’t do Maths. They just feel a bit lost.
Christmas actually helps. School stops. The pace slows. They finally have a bit of breathing room to look at their Maths without feeling rushed or embarrassed or overwhelmed. When a student has that bit of space, things land much easier. They’re more open to learning. They absorb it quicker. And they actually listen.
A Reset Over Christmas
That’s exactly what our Christmas Revision Course is designed for.
It’s one clear, focused class that helps them understand the topics they struggled with all term. We go through the core areas that keep catching students out. We explain them simply, step by step, so they can finally see what’s going on. Once they understand the basics again, everything else becomes a lot more manageable.
For many students, this course gives them the confidence they’ve been missing. They watch the class. They take a few notes. They try a question or two. And for the first time in weeks, they feel like, “Okay… I can actually do this.” That little lift is often all they need to get going again.
The class comes with a full recording, so they can watch it again before school starts back. That helps them settle the head, especially if they feel stressed about the mocks. When they walk into January having understood the tricky topics, they’re calmer. They’re more organised. They’re not trying to do everything in one go.
